Our Head Chef Nima Sherpa is Liable for the consistent preparation of inventive and innovative cooking in the greatest quality and flavoured food to bring about exceptional client fulfilment. Nima Sherpa introduced chef special cuisines for those we got great feedback from our regular customers. He look after the daily operations of Little Chef kitchen including hiring, training, and supervising kitchen staff, by ensuring an excellent and cost-effective. He also maintains a supportive relationship with all our team members, enhances staffs productivity, and serves as a replacement in any of the team members’ absence.
Mr. Nima Sherpa has got his culinary skills from his grandma. When he used to help her to prepare new dishes he used to expresses a desire to become a chef. Later when he grew up he pursued his dream and became the best chef in Bangalore city for Indo-Chinese and Asian Cuisine. He has introduced a new meal concept to our customers which has now become the signature dish and most purchased and reviewed item from our restaurant.
